How can we plan in times of uncertainty - and how much?
 
 Together we will explore the new book Inclusive Strategic Planning for Nonprofits and:

• ​Determine readiness for strategic planning, using the matrix outlined in the book
• Reflect on a definition of inclusion, and learn a framework for designing an inclusive planning process and the benefits of that approach (Deciders, Builders, Sharers)
• Reflect on how to right-size strategic planning in uncertain times

• Connect with colleagues and peers
