RN - Nurse Navigator - CMC Cardiac Support Services - Per Diem - 8 Hour - Days
Provides education, management and data collection for cardiac inpatients and outpatients. Collaborates with physicians and staff across the continuum to assure optimal care is provided to patients with Heart Failure, Cardiac Surgery and Acute Coronary Syndrome

Education:
-Bachelor of Science Accredited School of Nursing Preferred
Experience:
-5 years Healthcare - Medical Acute Care Required
-2 years Nursing – Critical Care, Cath lab, Progressive Care or ED - Required
Certifications/Licensures:
-RN Registered Nursing - California Board of Nursing - Required
-BLS Basic Life Support - American Heart Association - Required ACLS Advanced Cardiac Life Support - American Heart Association - Required
-Cardiac related certification (CV, HF, CP, CMC) - Preferred
Skills:
-Expertise in cardiac nursing as evidenced by interview and assessment quiz
-Willing to shadow in the department for up to 4 hours
