For over 50 years, Meals on Wheels Diablo Region has been the only organization in Contra Costa County delivering both nutritious meals and comprehensive supportive services to older adults.

With the dedication of our staff and volunteers, we serve thousands of seniors each week by providing not just food, but also safety and connection. From our flagship home-delivered meals to fall-prevention resources, Friendly Helpers and Visitors, and community cafés, our programs empower seniors to remain independent and live with dignity.
