UFCW Plaza consists of two Class A office buildings in Concord, CA. The office campus offers a park-like courtyard complete with shaded walkways, benches, fire pit and an impressive man-made lake. The campus provides covered and surface parking to tenants and visitors at no charge. In addition to its proximity to the many amenities and services offered at the adjacent Veranda Shopping Center, UFCW Plaza is also conveniently located within walking distance to Buchanan Field Airport and Buchanan Fields Golf Course.

NORTH BUILDING

Class A office building measuring +/-99,112 rentable square feet.

In 2014 the north building underwent a full modernization including base building infrastructure, lobby update, corridor and restroom remodel, landscaping and common areas.

SOUTH BUILDING

Class A office building measuring +/-79,406 rentable square feet.

In 2016 the south building underwent a full modernization including base building infrastructure, lobby update, corridor and restroom remodel, landscaping and common areas.

Conveniently located adjacent to Interstate 680 with prominent identity and immediate freeway access. UFCW Plaza is close to the restaurants, business services, hotels and retail shopping.

The property is serviced daily by shuttles to and from the Concord BART station, which is approximately two miles away. Visitors and tenants have the option of both surface and subterranean parking at no charge.
