Craig Gin is an Employee Benefits Consultant with USI Insurance Services, working with business owners and leadership teams throughout the Bay Area. He helps companies reduce employee benefit costs while building benefit programs that support both the business and its employees.
Craig takes a consultative approach, working closely with employers to understand their goals, financial priorities, and current benefits structure. He helps identify cost‑saving opportunities, navigate compliance requirements, and design customized benefits strategies rather than one‑size‑fits‑all solutions. His work includes advising on group health insurance, alternative funding options, and long‑term benefits planning.
Born and raised in the Bay Area, Craig grew up in San Ramon and now works in Concord. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing, playing tennis, and staying active in the local business community.
